Brantford Public Library screens 'Salmon Fishing in the Yemen'

Come out to a screening of Salmon Fishing in the Yemen, tonight at the Brantford Public Library.
Part of the BPL Film Series, it stars Emily Blunt and Ewan McGregor with a supporting cast including Kristin Scott Thomas and Amr Waked. All offer solid performances in this fun and original romantic comedy about the challenges of bringing the sport of fly fishing to the desert.
The film starts at 7 p.m. in the third-floor auditorium of the main library. It is rated PG-13.
