I confess, I didn’t know who Mike Birbiglia was before hearing him on NPR talking about his new romantic comedy Sleepwalk With Me (Plimoth Cinema Sept 7-13).
Birbiglia is an accomplished standup comedian whose career was fueled by appearances on Comedy Central and late night shows (Conan, Letterman and Daly). Looking for more, Birbiglia followed up with a book, multiple CDs, a one-man off-Broadway show and now this film.
