This is the first project under the new overall deal Katims signed with Universal TV
six weeks ago when he beefed up his production banner with the hire of
Lee. This also marks Watson’s first crack at development under the
overall deal she inked with the studio in March. UTA-repped Watson is a co-executive producer on Katims’ NBC dramedy Parenthood, on which she has been since day one, rising from producer. In addition to developing, executive producing and running Parenthood, CAA-repped Katims ran football drama Friday Night Lights,
winning an Emmy for writing the series finale. The new project expands
the relationship between Uni TV and Fox. The studio produced Fox’s
