A Romantic Comedy Family Affair

In an unusual twist an uncle and niece will play opposite one another as husband and wife in Maitland Repertory Theatre’s second play of the year – The Guardsman.

Robert Comber and Heidi Bush lead a small cast in the light comedy that sees an actor disguise himself to test his wife’s fidelity.

“People should feel for every ­single character in this play, except for mine, I think they will probably end up hating mine,” Ms Bush said.
